8 Days | Explore Egypt
Egypt is wealth with magnificent archaeological and historical sites. On 8 days itinerary, we explore its treasures across the length of the country. Starting with Cairo’s attractions such as the Pyramids and Great Sphinx of Giza two of the most famous in the world and you will visit the Egyptian Museum where you can enjoy the treasures of King Tut; it is a place like no other. Then visit the Mediterranean port city of Alexandria to see Greco-Roman Catacomb, Serapeum, Pompey's Pillar, Alexandria Library, and Qaitbay Fort. Journeying south to reach the Nubian city of Aswan where we board our Nile cruise boat and discover the monuments and temples all the way to Luxor like the temple of philea, Edfu, Komombo, Karnak, and more. Egypt’s attractions are world-famous but on this itinerary, we also experience the bazaars.
Arrival at Cairo International Airport, finishing all procedures to get your entry visa by our representative. Then, having lunch in a local restaurant on the way to your hotel in an air-conditioned vehicle for relaxing.

Having breakfast in the hotel. Then, heading to the three Pyramids of Giza, including the Great Pyramid of Cheops, the only one left of the Seven Wonders of the Ancient World. This 146-meter-high Pyramid is just one part of a huge funerary complex. The Great Sphinx is another essential feature of Egypt, characterized by the head of a man with the body of a lion. Your visit to the Giza plateau will end with the mortuary temple of king Chefren, which was used for the mummification process. Then, having lunch in a local restaurant.
After lunch, going on a city-tour seeing many attractions of the most crowded Capital in Africa with your local guide. The next visit will be to the most famous highlight of Cairo, the Egyptian Museum, the home of Egypt’s antiquities which are dating back to different ages, including the treasures of Tutankhamen, the most famous king in Egypt. Finally, heading to your hotel to have a nice night.

Having hearty breakfast in the hotel, then traveling (2 hours driving) to Alexandria city, the city of Alexander the Great, and the capital of Egypt in the Ptolemaic era, a city in a different style. Firstly, you visit the Greco-Roman Catacomb, one of only two catacombs in the world, the second one is in France, this historical archaeological site is dating back to the 2nd century and is considered one of the Seven Wonders of the Medieval World.
Then, you will proceed to visit the ruins of Serapeum, the temple of god Serapis that was built in the time of the Roman Emperor Trajan 89 AD. Pompey's Pillar, the only column of its type in the world today, that dates back to 297 AD and made to honor the Roman Emperor Diocletian. You will then enjoy your lunch at a local restaurant serving delicious fresh fish with a full sea view.
The tour continues as we proceed to Alexandria Library. The current building is a memorial of the Ancient Library, which was one of the largest and most significant libraries of the ancient world. It was destroyed centuries ago in a catastrophic fire, and this incident has since become a symbol for the destruction of knowledge and culture.
Your last stop will be in Qaitbay Fort, a fifteenth-century defensive fortress located on the Mediterranean Sea coast, in Alexandria. Finally, you will return to your hotel in Cairo to enjoy a good night’s sleep.

Picking you up from your hotel in Cairo to the airport to catch your domestic flight to Aswan. Upon arrival, you will join your private tour guide to visit The High Dam which is built across the river Nile at Aswan and was constructed between 1960 and 1970.
Next, to Philae Temple that dedicated to Isis, the goddess of Love and beauty. The temple`s structure was dismantled and relocated to nearby Agilkia Island as a part of the UNESCO Nubia rescue project.
Then transfer to the Nile cruise and lunch on board, the cruise will start sailing after lunchtime heading to Kom Ombo temple, dedicated to Horus, the falcon god, and Sobek, the crocodile god. Then, the tour will proceed to visit the Crocodile Museum of excellently preserved mummified crocodiles, illuminating the mystery of this strange Ancient Egyptian custom. Back to the Nile cruise to sail again to Edfu, and to enjoy your dinner on board.

Having breakfast on the boat and enjoy the sunshine of Aswan. The visiting The Temple of Edfu, dedicated to Horus, the falcon god, a Greco-Roman temple that was constructed during the Ptolemaic era. It is lunchtime, back to the cruise to have lunch and tea-break while enjoying the sunset on the boat. Then, start sailing to Luxor, enjoying dinner on board and the unique Galabya party.

Enjoy your tasty breakfast under the sunshine of Upper Egypt, your day will start with visiting the famous Necropolis of Thebes, also known as the West Bank of Thebes. Visiting the Valley of the Kings, commissioned by the Pharaohs of the dynasties 18, 19, and 20 and home to the tombs of Tutankhamen and Ramses IV, and the most famous kings in history. Also, heading to the Valley of the Artisans, a tribute to those who built the tombs of the Pharaohs in the Valley of the Kings. Then, have a short break for lunch.
The second part of the day will start with visiting the complex of Al-Deir Al-Bahri, the mortuary temple of Queen Hatshepsut, one of the most famous queens in ancient Egypt, the temple of Amenhotep III and the Colossi of Memnon, two massive stone statues of king Amenhotep III are the only remains of a complete mortuary temple. The statues are made from blocks of quartzite sandstone which exist in Cairo then moved 700 KM to Luxor. Then, have lunch on board and Afternoon free at leisure with a tea break. dinner on board.

Enjoy your tasty breakfast under the sunshine of Luxor, your day will start with crossing to the other side of the Nile to visit the massive and impressive Karnak Temple, the largest temple structure ever built by man. The Temple of Karnak is actually three main temples situated on 247 acres of land. Once you finish, your lunch will be served at an oriental restaurant. Then, going to Luxor Temple, the center of the most important festival, the festival of Opet. Built mostly by Amenhotep III and Rameses II.
Your stay in Luxor would not quite be the same without a bird’s eye view of the city from a hot air balloon (optional tour). You will then go back to the cruise for a tea break and dinner while watching the most significant Egyptian Folklore. Finlay, transfer to Luxor airport to take your domestic flight back to Cairo. Arrival and transfer to Hotel in Cairo.

Having a final breakfast at your hotel and you will be transferred in an air-conditioned vehicle to Cairo airport where you will catch your international flight back home. as an opportunity to contemplate one last view of this beautiful, richly historical city. For your commodity, an English-speaking representative of ours will accompany you till you are checked in until you are safe aboard your plane flying back home.
